We had an amazing server! The food was so good and SO many hot guys everywhere!. God I want to eat here everyday!

Good food live bandMy wife had the captain's plate which is seen in the picture, while I had the bayou chicken. The bayou Chicken was split chicken breast blackened on top of red beans and rice.Brooke was our waitress and she was spot on perfect. Can't believe how quick we got our food, paying the check. All was great with a nice atmosphere and live band.

I got the fred's famous voodoo punch drink, came with a souvenir cup. The baked stuffed mahi, cheese mashed potatoes with a salad. It was all delicious! My husband got the Kansas burger and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. They have a rather large selection of beer. Mike took great care of us. We are going back tomorrow.

None of the servers could answer any questions we had prior to getting a table and most were super rude. Sat with no service for 20 minutes and left. Only good thing about it was the band was decent.

This is one of the best places in PCB. My wife and I have eaten here every time we've come to PCB. This year, we got the opportunity to share this awesome place with our 5 year old daughter. She thought it was a "neat" place. Our waitress was awesome and the food was good as it always has been. My wife had the mahi fish tacos, I had 1/2 dozen oysters Rockefeller w/some seafood chowder, and our daughter had the mini corn dogs. If you're vacationing in PCB, you should definitely give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Cool atmosphere. Enjoyed the band. Froze sitting inside. Food was mediocre.

This place was a cross from our condo and glad we went for dinner. Solid food, huge location, good drinks and live music with lots of seating. I had the fish tacos and they were tasty! We also tried the sampler of the baked oysters to start and I probably wouldn't order them again but they were good. The nachos were huge. Great for sharing.

Ordered 5 different items from the menu and each one was awesome. Delicious food, excellent service.

This food was ok, not bad but not great! The server was super nice. He was actually the bartender but he had to wait our table as well and he was friendly, attentive, and patient. My only advice is even though Google says they close at 2am, CALL FIRST TO VERIFY CLOSING TIMES! The places in Panama close according to how busy they are.

Amazing !!!We got the blue crab appetizer, stuffed mahi and crab stuffed shrimp and hands down the most delicious food we have tasted here in Panama City beach!!!! Will definitely be returning.

This restaurant has a nice outdoor atmosphere which makes for a pleasant evening even if you have to wait. The food is reasonably priced, and there are plenty of choices on the menu, but the food could stand to have more flavor and/or seasoning.

Service was extremely slow, but I expect that to be because our waiter sat with the women behind us for 20+ minutes chit chatting and flirting. 4 tables were seated after us and all got apps and or full meals before our apps even came out. The apps were pretty good. Oysters and fried pickles, but our main entrees were way overpriced. The shrimp dinner was average, but grossly overpriced when compared to the amount you get and having cold French fries and subpar sides. The Mahi was terrible. Dry and burnt. I could barely eat it. My French fries were cold and unsalted and the coleslaw was dry and came in the amount of a spoonful. We’re on our way to another restaurant to get more food because we’re both still hungry and not satisfied. Overall.... do not recommend. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We will not be back.

Tons of fun. The band was AMAZING. We heard the music while driving down the road so pulled in for a drink. We stayed for hours listening to the band. I didn't catch their name, but it was a family band. ...dad and sons. They were awesome

We loved this place! There was something for all seven of us to enjoy on the menu and it was good food! Service was excellent, super friendly waitress and bar tender. For the first time ever, I ate alligator - and it was delicious! I ordered their famous drink, Trip to Paradise, and another to go. Awesome atmosphere and TV's on with something for everyone.Side note: if you want a seat, either get there super early or expect looooooooooong wait times. The first time we went, there was an hour and a half wait. Unfortunately, our five kids (and honestly, us too) were too hungry to wait that long. That was the night that we learned if you want to eat out for dinner in PCB, you gotta go before 4:00. Every restaurant spot was like this. We REALLY wanted to try this place though, so we came back the next day around 3:30. No wait at all.

We have been by this place for years and finally tried it out last year. Awesome service, friendly staff, good food. This will be a must go place every time we are in PCB.

I really wanted to enjoy this place. Took forever to get waited on. Then got the wrong food. Then when we got the food it was missing the correct portion. The live music was a nice touch. But we went on a Monday night so I cant imagine a Friday or Saturday night.

Some of THE worst seafood I have had since moving to Panama City Beach 2 years ago. Rather than good, clean seafood everything was very fishy and stale tasting. Barely breaded oysters that tasted like they came out of a dirty lake (or a can) as opposed to the ocean. Crab claws that tasted like days old fish. I don't know where they are getting their seafood from, but it sure ain't from the gulf!

Good food. Lots of beers to choose from. Mind Plays, a local band, played there tonight and they are fantastic! Will definitely come back to Hammerhead Fred's!

We enjoyed the all you can eat shrimp that came with fries and coleslaw. It was a real deal! The waitress was very attentive. It right across from the condo we were renting, so the convenience was a plus.

Great food and great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly. It is a popular spot, so there is usually a little wait.

If I could rate 0 I would. I spoke with three different people trying to get my party in and all three were nasty and mean. I am not interested in the food any longer. The staff needs some re training or managed better.

The parking was easy since it was a slower time of day! The atmosphere here is really cool and the service was awesome! They have a large selection of draft beers and the food was good! Again, the service at the bar was awesome and that's why I gave it 5 stars! Kudos for personal service!!

Excellent Wahoo tacos, shrimp tacos, and oysters Rockefeller! Sat at the bar, and idk the bartenders name, (long, curly, dark hair) was all smiles and on point with service. We come to P.C. almost every year for 12 years now..will definitely be back to Hammerhead Fred's. Thanks for the great service and great food!

Family of nine visited June 23, service was slow. Our food arrived about one hour after ordering. The food was cold. The manager was apologetic, and food was compt, the food was placed as a “to go” order and arrived way to late. Bathrooms were completely a mess, obviously no one On bathroom duty. The live music consisted of one man band who mumbled most words....mediocre at best. Won’t be returning. Don’t bring families here.

This is amongst the best seafood places in PCB. I always order a oyster sampler and a parmesan crusted flounder. Always amazing.

This restaurant is gross. A roach crawled over my foot. Customer service skills are horrific at best. Kelly and Angie, “the managers,” are unprofessional, rude, and vulgar. As a restaurant owner, I am disgusted. This place is run by buffoons with no hygiene, basic cleaning skills, or manners. They reside in a vacation spot. Learn to manage it.

We tried to come last night but it was an hr and half wait so we bailed... tonight we checked in they said 30 minutes, we went to the gift shop and 12mins later we got a text saying our table was ready! When we sat down Nate Pennington's cover music set the vibe and was on point!!! Our waitress Nas (like the rapper) was top notch and our experience with her was nonetheless perfect!!! Our Food was great, experience and atmosphere is our favorite so far in PCB!!!

I went here last night to finish off a short getaway only to have it ruined by Karen the bartender who said that she would not serve me a drink because according to her I could barely walk. Actually...I don’t think that was the case at all. Everybody but me was given drinks at the bar and some of them definitely didn’t need another one. Subtle discrimination at its finest! Please do not patronize this business.

We got there and were told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. After a solid hour and a half we were told (after I went to the hostess booth) that we could be seated since we were at the top of the list. But, we had to be patient with our waitress because she was also waiting on a table of 16 and to expect it to be at least another hour before we would get our food! We left!

Well organized restaurant with plenty of tables and friendly staff. The food was great and the wait was short even on Memorial day weekend. Live entertainment and your choice of dining inside or outside. It was walking distance from our RV so I enjoyed a Voodoo Punch and shrimp. I also ordered the oyster sampler . Great choice

Great beer selection good food and MUST TRY OYSTER SAMPLER! service runs very qiuckly. We love going there while were in town.

This is a very big restaurant. There were only 3 servers and I think one of them was actually a bartender. The hostess was an older lady and she was having a really difficult time. She was very scatter brained and took her awhile to get everything situated. One of the waitress told the host less (very rudely) that they were just going to have to wait right in front of us. I am happy she was not our server because she was very unprofessional. They didn’t have many appetizers to choose from, but the prices on the food wasn’t too bad unlike some places.

Loved there drinks food and raw oyster my server and the bar tender was absolutely wonderful we went twice out of three days
